Ordering

Given the personal nature of creating your customized Wordartz, helping you select the right words is not a "one
size fits all" approach. If you're having trouble finding the perfect words, we've assembled some tips and resources on our Your Words page.

Our digital product is fulfilled electronically to our customers. So we welcome customers from all over the world. We are based and fulfill our order from the United States, so prices are in USD.

When you submit your order, you will provide your photo and your words that you want our artists to use for creating your custom artwork.

Upon creating your artwork, you will receive a preview proof that you MUST approve. If you'd like to make any corrections or changes to the words, this is the time to do so. With your approval, your order proceeds to our production facility where we create the custom product(s) that you've selected!

Finally, your order undergoes our stringent quality control measures before being carefully finalized and fulfilled to you electronically.

While an online account does keep your order history organized for you, it is not required. You may elect to skip that step and continue with completing your order.

We utilize the latest fraud prevention measures when processing your order. In the event that your order and payment information does not successfully verify with the issuing bank/provider, the transaction will be declined. Please ensure that your payment method is authorized for your order information. Otherwise contact the issuing bank/provider to remedy.

Prior to finalizing your order, you will receive a preview proof of your order that you MUST approve. At that time, you may request any changes or corrections to your order.

Once you approve the preview proof of your order, we are no longer able to make any changes.

You are part of the Wordartz creation process. Once we have a proof ready for your review, you will receive an email asking for your approval. At this time you have the opportunity to make any tweaks to the design. We MUST receive your approval to proceed with processing your order.

If we do not receive your approval within two weeks of sending your proof, we will cancel your order and refund your payment.

Fulfillment

Given the nature of creating custom artwork for your order, we estimate that you will receive your proof withing 5 business days. (weekends and holidays excluded) At that point, we cannot proceed with your order until we receive your approval.

Remember that you are part of the creation process, so your timely participation will keep the order fulfillment process moving forward. You MUST approve the preview proof of your artwork before we proceed with creating the product(s) that you selected. So be sure to keep an eye on your Inbox!

If we do not receive your approval within two weeks of sending your proof, we will automatically cancel your order and refund your payment.

Of Course! We will send you order confirmation email first when you order, then send you another once it has been fulfilled.

Given that you must approve the preview proof of your order prior to creation, custom orders can´t be returned unless your order encountered an error or damage during fulfillment. Please review our Return & Refund policy for more information.

As stated in our 100% Money Back Guarantee, once you receive the digital preview proof of your custom artwork,
you may request any changes or corrections until you submit your approval us to finalize and fulfill your order. If you decide not to approve the artwork, you may request that we cancel your order and refund 100% of your money - no questions asked! Once you approve the artwork, you are no longer able to request a refund. Upon receipt of your approval, the order is locked and sent for final touches and fulfillment to you.

Please contact us within 10 calendar days of receipt if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please do not discard any components of the order, including packaging materials. We will need you to send us pictures for assistance remedying the issue.
